How long will my program last for?
We offer a 12-week program that is designed to help people begin a healthy lifestyle routine consisting of nutritious foods, exercise, and healthy lifestyle behaviors. Our program is designed to help people form new and healthy habits. Following the 12-week program, patients can choose to continue by enrolling in enhanced programs that are offered at various intervals up to one year.
What makes this program different?

We incorporated key strategies to ensure our patients can stay engaged and stick with their new healthy routine, including a powerful Mindset System. This is not a weight loss or diet program. Absolutely not! Anyone who feels they can benefit from a nutrition, exercise and mindset routine to improve their health is encouraged to join our program.

Our delivery system was created with you in mind! Our team will ship the meals you preselected for the three-month program on a monthly basis, straight to your door. You will have the flexibility to alter your order prior to shipment if desired.

You will receive a wide variety of great tasting, nutritious foods that you will pre-select based upon your preferences, which will be shipped directly to your home each month throughout the 12-week program, along with a telemetric scale that is pre-programed to your software.
